24-72 Hours:
- Redness fades gradually
- Skin may feel dry, tight, or flaky—keep it moisturized
- No gym, sweating, or hot showers (lukewarm water only)
- Gentle cleansing only (no scrubbing or exfoliating)
For 1 Week:
- No makeup with brushes (clean sponges only after 24 hours)
- No retinol, acids, or active ingredients until cleared by Becca
- No swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms
- Wear SPF 30+ every single day (non-negotiable)
- No waxing, facials, or other treatments on treated areas
What's Normal:
- Redness (1-3 days)
- Tightness and dryness (3-7 days)
- Mild flaking or peeling (days 3-5)
- Tiny pinpoint scabs if you had deeper needling (let them fall off naturally)
What's NOT Normal:
- Severe pain, blistering, or oozing (call us immediately)
- Signs of infection (increased redness, warmth, pus)
- Prolonged swelling beyond 72 hours
Results Timeline:
- You'll see some "glow" within a few days, but real results take 4-6 weeks as
